Enrollment in TopicalStamps Affiliates Program begins with your completed Affiliates Program Application. We reserve the right to reject any application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that the site submitted is unsuitable for participation in our program. Sites may be deemed unsuitable for the following reasons.

• Site contains pornographic or sexually explicit material.
• Site promotes violence, racism, or illegal activity.
• Site violates our, or someone else's, intellectual property rights.
• Site promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

TopicalStamps makes availabe to it's Affiliate's two different types of sales methods - branded and unbranded. Our branded method links directly to a special area of TopicalStamps. This area is used to display items available for promotion by you as an Affiliate. The design and functionality of the area shall be maintained by TopicalStamps.

Our unbranded method allows the originating site to call up pages from TopicalStamps via frames or other methods. These pages carry no TopicalStamps brand and can be called from our server for use within the originating site.

Commission rates vary depending upon choice of sales area.

TopicalStamps will make available to it's Affiliates various products. These products include, but are not limited to, stamps, stamp supplies, and publications. The Affiliate may select any or all of the available products to be displayed by the Affiliate. It is expressly understood that not all of the inventory sold by TopicalStamps may be eligible for inclusion in this program. Commissions shall be paid only on those products which are selected for inclusion in the Affiliates Program.

Once you have been approved as a member for the Affiliates Program you will be responsible for providing the required links from your site to TopicalStamps. In order to properly credit any sales initiated from your site, you will provide links according to our specifications and include your assigned user ID. This link may originate from any page within your site, however, the more prominent the link, the greater your sales potential. This product sales link will be directed to an area of TopicalStamps where your selected categories will be available to the customer. TopicalStamps will not be liable for payment of any commission where there is a failure by you to provide links according to our specifications, or where we are unable to properly identify the origiinating site.

TopicalStamps shall provide to you, the Affiliate, a small logo identifying you as a participant in the Affiliates Program (for branded participants only). You are asked to display this logo on your home page.

All orders placed by customers will be processed by Drumm Enterprises, Inc. and shall be shipped under this label. No advertising material shall be shipped with the products (for unbranded participants only). Additionally, we will be responsible for customer service and notification to the customer of the order status for branded participants only.

Affiliate Program members shall receive a commission based on the following schedule.

15% for items sold that displays TopicalStamps branding.
10% for items sold without TopicalStamps branding.

TopicalStamps assumes no liability for any loss of revenue, nor indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or participation in Affiliates Program. We make no warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer of the product, either express or implied, concerning the products or services provided by TopicalStamps. We will not be held liable for any errors or service interruptions regardless of cause. Further, the operation and/or maintenance of the Affiliate site shall be solely the responsibility of the Affiliate.

TopicalStamps grants to it's Affiliates Program members a limited license to use only those images, graphics, and/or text provided by TopicalStamps for use in this program. Affiliate's may use such material only as indicated by TopicalStamps in the promotion of this program and may not alter or modify it in any way without the express permission of TopicalStamps. TopicalStamps reserves the rights to said material, including trademarks and any and all intellectual property rights.

The term of this agreement shall begin upon submission of the Affiliates Programs Application and shall continue in full force and effect as long as the Affiliate is a participant in the program, or until terminated at any time by either party with 30 day written notice. However, regardless of any notice of termination, the Affiliate shall be held liable to the terms contained herein as long as Affiliate continues to display program material on their site. TopicalStamps may terminate this agreement if it finds that the Affiliate is no longer in compliance with this agreement.

Affiliate Program members are considered to be independent contractors and as such cannot make any representations, written or otherwise, for or in behalf of StampFinder. TopicalStamps shall not be held liable for any such representations.
